Warrnambool Quiet Accommodation 5 min to centre

Cozy room for you to relax after a day sightseeing. Next to golf course, very central. This is a basic room and facilities for an overnight stay. The room has a homely and clean feel, but if you like everything luxury, this place may not be ideal for you. Our family home has recently been built in a quiet cul-de-sac with a private purpose built room for guests with external access. En-suite as well as tea and coffee making facilities with a table and chair to sit at and enjoy the views.

Fresh and modern facilities. With off street parking. A 2 minute walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, hotels and beaches. A great place to relax after a day of hiking the Great South West Walk, surfing or fishing. Motorcycle freindly with off street gated yard parking. No Pets and not suitable for children.

Duck-in

The space is a simple attic/loft, set in a large garden with great views of the wetland and the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Killarney beach which is a very safe swimming spot and Port Fairy is 10 minutes down the road. There is heaps of birdlife and when you are in the loft it feels a bit like a tree house. It has a compact bathroom and basic kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle and bar fridge but no stove. Access is via an external spiral staircase.
