Ένα νέο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι στην περιοχή πάνω από το λιμανάκι στο Πορτο Γερμενό με εξαιρετική πανοραμική θέα στην θάλασσα. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην ίδια τοποθεσία με την άλλη μου καταχώρηση (villa nikos). Το κέντρο απέχει 1,5km ενώ η κοντινότερη παραλία βρίσκεται στα 500m. Ένα μικροσκοπικό εξοχικό σπίτι εξοπλισμένο όμως με όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για μια άνετη διαμονή. Βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Προσήλι και απέχει μόλις 100 μέτρα από την παραλία. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής. Η θάλασσα είναι ιδανική για κολύμπι, καταδύσεις ή ψάρεμα. Το κέντρο απέχει 1 χλμ., όπου εκεί θα βρείτε το τοπικό σούπερ μάρκετ, καφετέριες και τις εξαιρετικές ταβέρνες με τα φρέσκα ψάρια.
