Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Old mill

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

La maison a été construite à l'origine en 1896 et conserve la structure principale depuis 1936. Pequeno almoço incluido entre junho e setembro. O alojamento não é adequado para bebés ou crianças pequenas -5 anos de idade. Importante: ler regras da casa.
