Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

Το διαμέρισμα 80τ.μ που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο της οικίας μου στα Λιμενάρια της όμορφης Θάσου(περιοχή Άρμενο).Απέχει 200 μέτρα από οργανωμένη παραλία.Πρόκειται για έναν πλήρως λειτουργικό χώρο,κατάλληλο να φιλοξενήσει μια πολυμελή οικογένεια. Το εσωτερικό αποτελείται από μια σαλονοκουζίνα,2 υπνοδωμάτια και 1 μπάνιο. Διαθέτει:ΤV,wifi,πλυντήριο,ψυγειοκαταψύκτη,κλιματισμό και ανεμιστήρες οροφής. To μπάρμπεκιου λειτουργεί κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.

In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.
