Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Welcome to our Emerald Abode, located 2 blocks north of Old North Knoxville, in Oakwood-Lincoln Park. Our home is walking/biking distance to coffee shops, eateries, breweries and antique shops in eclectic Happy Holler. Find your getaway in our basement guest suite furnished with a king bed, sleeper couch, full bathroom and a kitchenette while being just 2 miles from downtown, 3 miles to The University of Tennessee and 40 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!
