Κατά τη διαμονή σας θα βρείτε ό, τι χρειάζεστε για μια τέλεια ξεκούραση είτε με φίλους, είτε με την οικογένειά σας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά του χωριού και έχει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με απεριόριστη θέα. Για πρωϊνό προσφέρονται ντόπια προϊόντα όπως μέλι, τσάι, φρέσκα αυγά κ.α

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Country House with Swimming Pool

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. Au Rez de chaussée (entièrement neuf): 2 belles chambres doubles avec salle de bain privée, un grand salon avec cuisine américaine, un sauna et un toilette séparé.

St. George befindet sich etwas abseits des Ortes Poulithra, sehr ruhig gelegen und ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Die Villa ist umgeben von schönen, alten Olivenbäumen und vier Autominuten vom Strand entfernt. Auf der grossen Terrasse vor dem Haus geniesst man einen überwältigenden Blick auf das Meer.

If you feel like unwinding, writing, painting, meditating, walking, swimming and looking at the starry sky, this is the place for you. If you feel like a party, it's not. It's situated 3-3,5 hours from Athens airport and it's easier to have a car.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.
