L’appartement est équipé par une douche, une kitchenette, un lit double et un lit supplémentaire (il y a un canapé-lit ouvrable pour une, au plus deux personnes). Il y a le WiFi. Un bureau, des chaises, une petite table, un réfrigérateur, une bouilloire, de la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine, un sèche-cheveux, des serviettes, un guide de Prague en anglais, une carte de Prague, du shampoing, un savon et du dentifrice, ainsi que de la nourriture de base (café, thé, sucre, ...) - ce sont tous d’autres pièces de l’équipement. La toilette est située à côté de l’appartement, mais elle appartient seulement à l’appartement.
