Le 1er étage dispose d'une chambre avec une mezzanine (avec salon et bureau) et une salle de bains avec douche. Très central, à 500m de la marina. Rue calme avec restaurants très proches. Il y a à côté une maison en construction avec travaux pendant la jounnée.
