Wonderful large house which is set in a peaceful location. Very private area, the gardens are beautiful and well-maintainer. The pool is clean and inviting, a little cool but lovely for the summer sun. The house has lots of plates, dishes, glasses etc and is well-equipped for cooking and hosting. There is lots of outdoor and indoor space. We used the log burning fire and BBQ, super easy. Mariana is a wonderful host and helped up with any questions, she was responsive and friendly. A peaceful house to stay in, thanks!

Die Casa war sehr schön zwischen Orangen- und Olivenbäumen und total privat gelegen. Ana Maria und Jorge haben eine große Schale frischer Orangen und eine Flasche Wein sowie Kaffee bereit gestellt. Das Obst war köstlich 😋. Die Gastgeber sehr freundliche und herzliche Personen. Anfangs war es etwas kühl, was dem schlechten Wetter vor unserem Aufenthalt geschuldet war, jedoch konnte man mit der Klimaanlage auch heizen. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Hauskatze hat uns gleich begrüßt und Streicheleinheiten eingefordert. 😼 Wir haben es sehr genossen, dort unsere Privatsphäre gehabt zu haben.

We had a wonderful stay at Orange Villa. It was made all the more fun by the pool outside. After having a small problem with the downstairs bathroom, Larisa was quick to come and fix the issue within the hour with no fuss. Excellent area to stay in 10 minutes from the main town area with plenty of restaurants nearby. All the rooms are fitted with aircon which made it easier to sleep at night. Would highly recommend to any groups of people who want a relaxing stay away with easy access to shops and amenities. Host Larisa was amazing and very responsive. Thank you soo much for a great experience.

Fantastic stay at Jamie,s home, everything was as described or better, response time was very fast, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would not hesitate to come back or recommend,

Un alloggio splendido, due piani con spazi molto ampi, cucina fornitissima oltre che bellissima con doppio frigo, terrazza sfruttata per colazione/pranzo/cena. Camere da letto comode, quella principale molto grande con amplissimo bagno incorporato dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ma il bijou è la terrazza al terzo piano: praticamente un appartamento aggiuntivo con doccia all’aperto, lavello, doppia griglia, lettini, “angolo” divano coperto e una vista che spazia a 360 gradi sul complesso residenziale, su Portimão e sul mare, direzione perfetta per godere del sole che scivola tra la costa e l’acqua. Il complesso è dotato di molto verde con bei giardini, 2 campi da tennis ed una splendida piscina stranamente poco frequentata, quindi ancor più apprezzata. Unico piccolo neo la scelta dell’orario per la pulizia dei giardini da parte degli addetti, o presto la mattina o subito dopo pranzo, comprensibile ma che può disturbare chi vorrebbe dormire un po’ di più.

Thomas war und ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Super hilfreich, immer offene und nette Kommunikation! Das Haus selbst war einfach toll. Die Größe des Hauses kommt auf den Bilder gar nicht richtig rüber - es ist gigantisch. Man lebt komplett für sich und hat komplette Privatsphäre. Gärtner und Poolboy halten alles rund ums Haus gut in Schuss. Wir haben 6 Wochen von hier gearbeitet - Internet tadellos, Arbeitsplätze und zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten für Calls vorhanden. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig, da es etwas außerhalb liegt. Zum Galé Strand oder Albufeira fährt man ca. 12 Minuten. Ein Uber ist kostet allerdings auch nicht viel. Zum Einkaufen empfiehlt sich der Intermarché in Ferreiras oder der Aldi, der nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt ist. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed at Pedro’s place with our three kids (age 5, 3 and 1) and loved it. Great well equipped bright apartment with all facilities mentioned. Also the contact with Pedro was great, really responsive and pro active. Would definitely book again

Wir haben 10 Tage in dieser schönen und ruhigen, gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Der Checkin war flexibel über eine Schlüsselbox möglich. Auch ein early checkin/late checkout wurde uns unproblematisch angeboten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage und zu unserer Zeit war dort nicht viel los, somit sehr ruhig. Die Küche war mit allem notwendigen gut ausgestattet. In unter 10 Minuten war man mit dem Auto an tollen Stränden, wie Benagil, Praia Marinha oder Carvalho. Wir waren überwältigt von den Felsformationen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der Pool für einige Tage saniert, was im Voraus nicht klar war. Jedoch verlief die Kommunikation mit Margarida zu jedem Zeitpunkt transparent und sehr freundlich. Proaktiv wurde sich sofort gekümmert und wir haben eine Erstattung erhalten. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung und die Umgebung sind toll und Margarida eine super Gastgeberin.

Wow! The moment we walked in, it took my breath away! The ample space, the decor, the view, that wood-burning fireplace! Balcony was much larger than I expected. My husband and I spent eight nights in the two bedroom and two bath and would highly recommend it to anyone. It was so comfortable and beautiful, and we didn't mind staying in it when the weather was not so good. The location was stunning, we enjoyed climbing the rocks and walking the boardwalk, both within steps of the resort. We did not use the heated pool because the air temperature was a little too cold for us. The bistro on the premises had good food and was convenient when we were tired. And plenty of other good restaurants and stores nearby. It's only a short walk to the chapel and to the town center. We spent a total of 18 nights in Albufeira and Carvoeiro and this by far was the best accommodation ever! Great housekeeping. Great value for money. Book it and take day trips to other Algarve locations. It's the best!

What a great experience! We’re so glad we booked with Jonathan. What an amazing place to stay! We will definitely recommend this residence to our friends and relatives! Jonathan made everything so easy for us! We also had an overnight parking garage to use so no parking problems at all for only $7 euros/ night. So close to the beach and restaurants in Albufeira and we walked 10 minutes to the grocery store! Albufeira was amazing! Thank you Jonathan for everything! You’re top notch in our book!

We enjoyed our entire stay. The layout of the apartment has been well conceived by the architect. I would buy a unit if it were available. That says it all. The entire area (Gale/Guia) is my favorite between Albufeira and Lagos. The swimming pool is one of the largest we have seen. The balcony size is ample as well. Great place.

Harold was an amazing host, answered my questions quickly. Assisted when needed, the apartment was as detailed spacious and had all we needed for a family of 5. Alvor is very cute and quaint, the beaches are beautiful and all the restaurants we visited were brilliant. The locals all made us feel welcomed which helped especially looking for things to do in bad weather. The apartment location is perfect, set off from the busy areas near to a small but adequate supermarket and a great restaurant right below. Nice and quite but with all you need within walking distance. Though to get around an Uber is easy to call and pickup and drop off right at your door basically. Great choice, cant recommend highly enough.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze woning in onze kerstvakantie. Grote teleurstelling was wel dat het zwembad niet warm was, terwijl juist daarmee geadverteerd werd. Deze was pas aan het einde van onze week vakantie op temperatuur. Uiteraard zijn we hier wel voor gecompenseerd. Verder is het huis prachtig, omgeving heel fijn om te hardlopen en met de auto uitstapjes te doen. We zouden graag weer eens terug komen.

Craig is an amazing host, always here to help, very discreet, extremely responsive and flexible and super nice. His house was perfect for us as we stayed as 2 families, very well equipped, with multiple places to chill and relax as the day goes by, the pool is sensational and just perfect with kids. The lightings at night is great, we love the house and its garden. thanks so much Craig for this amazing stay.

Vi var her 12 stk. med storfamilien frå Norge og Tyskland og koste oss veldig. Vi hadde god plass fordelt på 3 etasjer. Det meste var på plass. Det var fint å bu så sentralt, men likevel så roleg. Det hadde vore bra om ein kunne ha skaffa noen fleire stolar og solskjerming. Tusen takk, vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Der Ausblick ist herrlich, Terrasse ist super und Aufteilung der Wohnung ist auch gut. Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck waren nicht richtig sauber und die Betten sehr unbequem. Dennoch sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man ein Mietauto hat.

We hebben weer een perfect winterverblijf in de Algarve. Ondanks dat we er vele jaren komen, heeft Wilson ons toch verrast met nuttige tips voor uitstapjes en restaurants. Daarnaast blinkt Wilson uit, doordat hij echter interesse, gastvrijheid en bezorgdheid heeft voor zijn gasten. dat is slechts weinigen gegeven. Kortom, een top host die je iedereen zou gunnen.

Wir (2 Familien) hatten einen ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen und gepflegten Anwesen. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich sind sehr gross. Der Pool ist einfach genial. Carlas Schwester Teresa hat uns herzlichst empfangen und war auch unsere Ansprechperson während unserem Aufenthalt. Sie hat effizient und prompt unsere Anliegen gehandhabt. Ich kann dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren eine Woche als Familie mit 8 Personen in dieser wunderschönen großzügigen Villa und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa liegt auf einer Anhöhe und ist ca. 25 Minuten vom Flughafen und den schönen Stränden der Algarve entfernt. Es gibt alle benötigten Utensilien für Küche und Bad. Auch die Tischtennisplatte haben wir oft genutzt. Es gibt Platz für 12 Personen und mehrere Fahrzeuge. Fußläufig kann man auch ein authentisches günstiges Restaurant erreichen. In der Stube gibt es Material zu empfohlenen Restaurants und Ausflugsoptionen in der Gegend. Wir haben die Poolheizung genutzt und konnten auch in der Dämmerung im beleuchteten Pool baden. Leider haben wir es geschafft uns auszusperren. Die Agentur hat uns umgehend geholfen und nach einer halben Stunde war das Problem gelöst. Der Schlüsseldienst war schnell, günstig und sehr freundlich. Auch beim Ausfall einer Pumpe haben wir sogar 23.00 Uhr noch jemanden erreicht und das Problem konnte gelöst werden. Vielen Dank !
