Charming 3 Bedroom Cottage in the Countryside

Our house is the perfect getaway for a family, group of friends or a couple. The lake and gardens around the house provide the quiet and peace of a retreat place, away from the busyness and distractions of the city. It's a very pretty drive to Columbia, MO (about 30 minutes), and 20 minutes to Rocheport, a very cute historical town by the Missouri River. A beautiful attraction that is close to our property is the Warm Springs Ranch. The Clydesdale breeding farm. This is a great place to visit.

Bluff House in Rocheport Missouri

The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

The Highland Bin at Haywire Acres, Highland Cows

Welcome to our charming boho-inspired Grain Bin Cabin, the Highland is ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 smaller children. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable king bed in the loft, while downstairs features a cozy futon in the main living space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Full Bath with a walk-in shower downstairs. Experience a serene countryside getaway with breathtaking sunsets and peaceful surroundings, just moments away from Versailles.

Secluded, surrounded by nature, find yourself restored after hiking, antiquing, cooking or drinking wine and taking in the beautiful surroundings

This quiet cottage is located super close to the Missouri River in a small town of 33 residents about 30 minutes away from Columbia! The river is just a few steps from the cottage! Sit outside and enjoy the sounds of the river flowing by or take in the sights of the beautiful garden on the property. Whether you are traveling across Missouri or are just looking to get away, the cottage is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city or freeway!

Restful Rustic Comfy Cabin.

Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".

Charming tiny home - Nova’s House

Reconnect with nature at this tiny home on a working horse facility. Enjoy sitting outside on the patio, starting a fire in the fire pit, or watching deer and turkey wander by. If you are so inclined to interact with horses, we offer both riding and ground lessons for beginners to advanced - Maplewood Farm has been in business for almost 30 years! Located just 5 miles from Fulton, MO and only 20 miles from Columbia, MO and easy access to I70 and Hwy 54

Moonlight Ridge

Moonlight Ridge is a private retreat from the world. It is the perfect place to get away for relaxation or to hide out to complete a difficult work or school deadline. Sitting on a private 112 acres with magnificent Missouri views this cozy home comfortably sleeps up to two adults. The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!

Near I-70 and the trail! Your cottage is steps from the trail and 3 blocks to downtown dining, shops and galleries. Stay comfortably with 2 bedrooms, queen memory foam sofa sleeper, 1.5 bath, garage, deck, 1920's themed lounge with hidden door and more here in historic Rocheport! TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth soundbar and large backyard with garden igloo available for your entertainment. One night stays available upon request.
