Also has a full bathroom including a loft the offers love seat/twin bed and bunk beds with a game/tv area. Downstairs offers two bedrooms. One King bedroom and one Queen bedroom and full bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. In the backyard is a deck that includes gas grill and patio furniture. We are within walking distance to Rec #1

Hike in Mt. Lassen National Park or bask in the views. During winter, enjoy sledding and playing in the snow. In the summer, enjoy golf and days on the water. Pickleball available all year!

You may launch your boat at Plumas Pines Marina located 1/2 mile away. No early arrival unless pre-approved.

Enjoy the spacious back deck, complete with a hot tub.The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and set of twin bunkbeds and a small half bathroom.

The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.
