After years of renovation experience, we decided to transform our out house into a self contained annex which comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 double bed. We have designed this space using our interest in antique/bespoke furnishings. With each piece of furniture either loved back to life or handmade ourselves. The annex boasts a private En-suite bathroom with power shower, basin & toilet where in addition, basic toiletries are provided. Fresh bedding & towels will also be awaiting your arrival!

The eco house sleeps 2 guests comfortably, with a king size bed in the master bedroom. The property is conveniently situated within five minutes walking distance from Prestatyn Town Centre/train station and 5-10 minutes to the beach. In a prime location,an ideal base to explore North Wales and all its attractions.
