localisation idéale pour nous qui souhaiterions aller à Sienne, San Giminiano et Florence. Le hameau habité par des locaux et des locataires est paisible, les gens très courtois. piscine partagée bien entretenue, nous aurions aimé avoir 4 transats mais c'est du détail. nous recommandons pour l'excellent rapport qualité prix et la situation

We spent two unforgettable weeks at Fattoria di Peruzzo, truly a hidden gem in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by stunning scenery: olive trees stretching to the horizon and breathtaking views right from our apartment. The place exudes beauty, peace, and a feeling of being deeply connected to the Tuscan landscape. Our daughter loved the chance to interact with animals, especially the wild boars, geese, and deer that roamed freely around the area. Being so close to nature brought a unique magic to our stay. Giulia and her mother were incredibly warm and welcoming – we felt like we were visiting family. Their kindness and authentic hospitality made us feel at home instantly. One of the highlights was the local wine; it was so delicious that we brought a few bottles back to Poland to savor the memories at home. The taste of the wine and memories of Tuscany will stay with us, as well as our gratitude for each precious moment. We highly recommend Fattoria di Peruzzo.

Beautiful spot set in a quiet but convenient location. Fully fenced and dog-proof, so our pooch had the time of his life! Very comfortable accommodation and fully equipped. We're also very accommodating when we arrived early.

This converted hay barn is well undervalued and perfect for traveling couples and families alike. Everything required is there. The value for money was amazing. surrounded by olive groves, amazing sunsets and old San Gimi in the distance, you wont want to leave the property. The two bathrooms, one up and one down, is the perfect combo. There is an outdoor grill, and the kitchen has everything to cook at home. Barbara is extremely responsive in her communication and we were just 10 minutes drive from great cooking classes. This property is great value and we will be returning for another visit. If you are lucky, truly lucky, you may also get to meet Barbara's parents who still work the surrounding land. They are the hidden gems.

Wir können diese Unterkunft einfach nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ja, es ist ein wenig "ab vom Schuss", doch dafür hast Du die Grosszügigkeit, die Ruhe, die Entspannung und all die Annehmlichkeiten, die so ein grandioses Anwesen in der Toskana nun einmal bietet. Für unseren 2jährigen Sohn war der Pool und der Spielplatz einfach das Paradies. Auch wir genossen den Pool und das Glück unseres Sohnes. Arezzo ist als Ausflugsziel klar zu empfehlen. Wir waren schon einige Male in Siena und Florenz, so dass wir es dort sehr genossen haben und gleich zweimal hingefahren sind. Siena war auch super zu erreichen, Florenz haben wir dann auf dem Rückweg in die Schweiz eingebaut. Alles in allem: wir würden gerne sofort wiederkommen. Danke für alles, Simona!

Alt i alt, et dejligt ophold der levede op til vores forventninger. Stor og lækker pool, som særligt børnene spenderede mange timer i. Lejligheden ligger er det perfekte sted, hvis man som vi, godt kan lide dagsudflugter til byer som San Gimignano, Siena, Firenze og Chianti-distriktet som helhed

We loved our peaceful stay at Serena’s beautiful property. The house was cozy, rustic, and spacious. She was very accommodating with a high chair and baby crib. My 1 year old especially enjoyed the horse, donkeys, dogs, and cats on the farm. She recommended fantastic local wineries, and even cooked us a delicious Florentine “farm to table” meal. Would recommend to anyone looking for a farm stay away from the bustle of the busy and crowded cities. Thanks Serena!!!

These hosts and this space were absolutely wondeful! They went above and beyond, even providing us with some homemade treats and wine at check in. The host's daughter answered many of my questions before and throughout our stay. The home is so spacious and was such a breath of fresh air after lots of city travel. They provided lots of extras for travel with a kid too! Just as a heads up on the space, it is an older house in a rural area (like any villas in this area) so bring bug spray. The A/C is on a timer and only on the top floor so we opened windows for a lovely breeze in the bedrooms but got lots of bites from evening mosquitos! But this is the case for anywhere in this area, including the wedding we attended, so not a mark against the space just a note for something I wish I'd brought. Overall such a beautiful location and spacious house, we loved the pool and the surrounding area too, would stay again!

Een prachtige plek om tot rust te komen en te ontspannen! Mooi huisje met prima basisvoorzieningen, rustige&mooie natuur en een heerlijk zwembad. Joost is een fijne gastheer, die regelmatig op het terrein te vinden is als je hem nodig hebt.

This was hands down one of the most beautiful and welcoming Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of, Marian and her team were always available with great recommendations for wineries and city trips, making our stay even more special. Luca’s incredible dinners were not only delicious but also a wonderful way to experience true Tuscan food and traditions. The charming studio was perfectly equipped and offered stunning views over the Tuscan fields. Thanks for making our stay truly unforgettable - we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were lovely and made us feel right at home. They were always responsive and they even brought us some fresh vegetables from their garden!

He la disfrutado 4 noches una familia de 12 personas y nos ha gustado mucho. Emiliano y su madre son encantadores y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. La cocina muy bien equipada. Wir waren spontan für zwei Nächte in diesem charmanten kleinen Häuschen …einer liebevoll umgebauten Scheune mit viel Flair. Die Bilder stimmen mit der Realität überein, und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher rochen angenehm frisch, das schätzen wir sehr. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es keine Verdunkelungsvorhänge, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat. Zwischen den Zimmern ist es etwas hellhörig, ebenso bei den Fenstern, für uns aber kein Problem. Die Unterkunft war sauber und eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Charakter ….wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen 🤍✨

Das Häuschen von Esperanza und Bruno liegt inmitten von Olivenhainen, in einem friedlichen und ruhigen Örtchen. Mein Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und – zu meiner Freude – mit einem Teekocher ausgestattet! Ihr freundlicher Empfang liess mich sofort eine familiäre Atmosphäre spüren, in der ich mich äusserst wohlfühlte. Danke euch beiden – für die Ausflugstipps, Restaurantempfehlungen, dafür, dass ich an eurem Alltag teilhaben durfte, und nicht zuletzt für die inspirierenden Gespräche. Bis bald wieder!

Arrêtez vos recherches et réserver cet endroit de rêve! Localisation idéale, typiquement italien, décoré avec grand soin et d’une propreté incroyable. Les espaces extérieurs et les aménagement de plantes et de fleurs étaient incroyables. Nous avons même écourté nos activités dans la région pour revenir profiter de ce lieu enchanteur. Les hôtes ont travaillé très fort pour aménager cet endroit et cela paraît en tout point.

Beautiful, spacious villa in an excellent location. The pool was a nice perk! Was also nice having a half-bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and pots/pans, but you'll have to bring your own olive oil and other food staples if you want to cook. The main bathroom was lovely and the step-in shower was great -- just be careful in the bathtub, it's slippery!

Very nice and peaceful location although just some minutes away from Siena. The apartment is on the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one on the same floor of the kitchen and one on the upper floor reachable through a very beautiful, although quite narrow, internal staircase. The upper bedroom has a toilet room and washing basin, but not a showerbox which is only in the bathroom near the bigger bedroom. The kitchen has all one could need including a washing machine with dryer included. I'd be happy to have a chance to go there again

This is a lovely property overlooking vineyards and olive trees. There is a very nice pool and the grounds are kept in great condition. The apartment is not fancy, but had everything we needed and was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!
