Die Unterkunft bei Sergio war genau wie beschrieben – alles top und sehr sauber! Sergio ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagiert blitzschnell auf Nachrichten. Die Lage ist ruhig, und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist einfach klasse. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Andrea and Cristina are the sweetest couple and such gracious hosts. They had so many recommendations for us, prepared a binder. Not to mention, their apartment is very large and equipped with literally everything you would need for a short or long-term stay. They provided morning snacks, toiletries, beach towels, umbrella, beach bags, cooling bags for our water. I can go on. Everything was close by. The beach just 10 mins away by car, but bus stop was also very nearby. Free parking on the street outside the complex. We were really so pleased to have found their listing. I hope one day I get to visit Cagliari again, they really were too kind and I would book their home again in a heartbeat.

Tutto molto gradevole, a partire dall'accoglienza di Sergio e Nadia! Appartamento impeccabile, cura nei dettagli e completo di tutto il necessario, persino bottiglia di vino locale in omaggio. Sergio e Nadia si sono resi subito disponibili ad ogni consiglio e richiesta. È stato un piacere conoscervi ed alloggiare presso la vostra struttura!

Franco was so kind and proactive - even making sure he could personally greet us upon arrival. He had great restaurant recommendations for the area which we really appreciated.

Host sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità ma allo stesso tempo molto discreto. Alloggio molto pulito e comodo, ottimo per posizione per raggiungere le principali spiagge a sud dell’isola. Pienamente raccomandato.

The room and bathroom are amazing, very clean and quite beautifully designed. Daniela and her husband are very nice people, they offered us breakfast as well. Thanks for everything.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Maria Assunta. Elle correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Mention spéciale pour la propriétaire qui a été très accueillante et nous a donné de bons conseils.

Io e i miei amici ( 2 famiglie per un totale di 8 persone) siamo stati per 15 giorni in questa villa e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La signora Lucetta ci ha assistito dal primo giorno con consigli e soluzioni ed era sempre disponibile .La casa è molto spaziosa, e soprattutto in cucina non mancava nulla. zone splendide, abbiamo visto le spiagge più belle. Questa esperienza è stata davvero positiva.

Had a great stay with my family on our Summer holiday. The location is perfect as it was only a few minutes drive to the beaches and walking distance to the center. The apartment is clean, with air condition, full kitchen. There’s a supermarket just round the corner which I found very helpful. There’s daily waste collection, each day is different. Waste needed to be separate which took us some time to get used to.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Meerblick war wunderschön und man hat die ganze Costa Rei zu Verfügung um die Tage an verschiedenen Stränden zu verbringen. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und war hübsch dekoriert! . In der Küche war alles vorhanden, wobei eine neue Pfanne mal gut wäre. Betten waren bequem. Die warme Außendusche war auch Klasse. Unschlagbar auch der Parkplatz für das Auto direkt an der Terrasse, das spart einem ein anstrengendes Ausladen und Einladen bei Ankunft/Abreise oder nach dem Einkauf. Eine Sache, die gut wäre, wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. So könnte man die Fenster nachts offen lassen (es geht immer etwas Wind, da die Wohnung oben am Berg ist), ohne von Stechmücken zurstochen zu werden. Wohnung von Sara ist eine absolute Empfehlung, gerne bald wieder.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nell'alloggio, un'ottima base per esplorare la zona di Cagliari e la costa meridionale bellissima della Sardegna. La casa è molto carina, con un giardino curatissimo pieno di piante e fiori colorati dove rilassarsi al ritorno dal mare. Un posto tranquillo, silenzioso e confortevole. Il nostro alloggio, spazioso e molto grazioso, con tutti i confort per trascorrere un'ottima vacanza. Io e il mio compagno Enzo ci siamo trovati benissimo con il nostro ospite Sandro: una persona veramente gentile, disponibile, accogliente e amichevole che ci ha anche fornito tanti consigli utili per le nostre gite giornaliere e che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Ce séjour chez maddalena était plus que parfait, le logement est situé en plein centre, tout y est accessible à pied, le logement était propre, nous ne manquions de rien, il était fonctionnel. Seul petit bémol, il pouvait être compliqué parfois de trouver une place de parking, mais cela restait correct. Nous retournons avec grand plaisir dans ce sublime logement chez maddalena 😄 Je vous recommande sans soucis de venir loger ici

Nous étions à Cagliari pour la traditionnelle Sant’Efisio et dans l’action, aux premières loges ! Nous avons adoré y vivre 5 jours. Tout était parfait et Alessandro nous a même autorisé à déposer nos bagages avant l’heure prévue. Il est possible de se faire à manger et les équipements sont modernes. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres. Les services sont à proximité et tout le Centro se visite à pied. Excellent appartement! Bus facile à trouver pour visiter Cagliari et ses environs comme Quartu et Poetto. Notre hôte a répondu avec empressement à toutes nos demandes. Ses conseils pour le taxi se sont avérés efficaces et à bon prix . Nous y reviendrions volontiers .

The Right House was great, exactly as described,. The appartment is very well decorated and with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and great pillows! It is in a beautiful building, very well maintained. Even though it is right in the middle of a busy area, it still feels private and quiet once you are inside. We highly recommend!

We booked this appartment heavily relying on the positive reviews previous guests have left. Most of those, speaking directly to the host's, Franco's great communication and flexibility. Franco made us feel right at home. He was flexible with both the check in and check out times. Gave us great recommendations , especially the gelataria which we couldn't stop visiting. The appartment is very clean, and is prepared with all the necessary amenities just as described in his post. We have only positive feedback in regards to our stay which has set the bar high for other hosts to follow.
