It is located in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful get away yet while very convenient as it is close to the most beautiful beaches on Sithonia! Gerakini is only 5 minutes away. The beach is peacuful and not more than a one minute walk, it has the feeling of a private beach! The appartment is super cosy and has all facilities you require for a relaxing vacation.

One flat screen TV in the living room while the flat is also equipped with an AC. The luxury bathroom comes with shower and a hairdryer. Max occupancy 4 adults. Pets are allowed.

Cozy apartment in Pefkochori center, 300m from the beach. Walking distance from anything you might need (Bus stop, super market, coffee, restaurant, car/bike rental, bar etc) In the apartment you will find a coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, blow dryer and wi-fi Sheets, towels and all other utensils, are sterilized and cleaned as per the ministry of health instructions, to keep everyone safe from COVID-19.
