We have a big swimming pool, bbq and outdoor eating area, comfy beds, orchard and electric bikes.

77 McGrath is a renovated bungalow in Napier South with a modern, contemporary feel and great indoor/outdoor living. Being a kiwi house, we have a good sized deck, great BBQ and outdoor area. Our place is private and fully fenced with large automatic gates, so great for kids. We are big on comfort, good beds, quality bedlinen, and large sofa's made for sinking into after a day at the vineyards. We are one street back from the beach (2min walk) and a 20 min stroll (1.9km) to the centre of town.

With both gas fires and a heat pump you will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There are 3 bedrooms with separate kitchen, lounge and a snug. The sunny back yard is fully fenced. The full bathroom has the shower over a bath, and there is an additional toilet off the laundry.
