The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

In der Wohnküche könnt ihr nicht nur kochen, sondern auch gemütlich zusammensitzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück der Wohnung - mit herrlichen Blick in den großen Garten. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Arbeitsplatz. Neben dem Wannenbad gibt es noch ein separates WC.

Es begrüßt Euch eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit Wohnküche und Duschbad (alles im 1. OG): Die private Sauna befindet sich ebenfalls im 1. OG und kann gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis gerne genutzt werden.Auch gibt es eine Garage für 1 Auto, Fahrräder und Motorräder. WLAN ist für Euch kostenfrei.
