Die Einliegerwohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang. Es gibt ein eigenes Bad und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Bett ist 140cm breit und somit für eine oder zwei Personen geeignet. Mit dem Auto sind es nur knapp 20 Minuten bis zur Messe Riem, sodass die Unterkunft z.B. perfekt für Messebesucher/innen geeignet ist. Mit der S-Bahn ist man auch schnell in München in der Innenstadt.
