The property covers 35m2 and can accommodate the following number of people: 2+1. In the apartment there is one bedroom, one living room where one person can sleep on sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with private part of the garden equiped with grill and garden furniture. Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).

SANMAR is a family run small well-kept complex with pool and surrounded with mediterranean plants. It consits of 3 modernly furnished mobile homes, just a few minutes walking distance to the beach and Punat town center. The mobile homes are for 4 persons, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a possibility for 2 extra persons to sleep on the couch in the living area. There is a common swimming pool available with a sun deck where guests can relax and enjoy the summer holiday.

Excellent for relax, meditation or yoga sessions. Particularly suitable as artist or writers retreat, especially in the offseason. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.
