Джакузи работи целогодишно, температура на водата около 40 градуса. Обширен двор с черешови дръвчета, и зеленина. Налично е барбекю. Мястото е уединено, наоколо е гора. В селото има магазинче за най-необходими неща. Град Кюстендил е на около 12 км. На около 50 м от къщата има изворче с прекрасна питейна вода от планината.

A nice and well planed studio in 110 years old building, where the most popular Russian opera singer Shalyapin had his "afterparty" in the early 30ies. Located in a very center, only 10 meters from the Courthouse and 40 meters from the Vitosha blv and St. Nedelya church. This area provides all kind of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and etc. The studio is really quite, although it is on the main center of the city. You’re always welcome to knock on my door for advice about Sofia’s life.
