Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

There is a train station only 5 mins walk so if you fancy a day in London you can be there within the hour. The historical city of Canterbury is only a 25 minute drive.

It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. A cosy, comfortable double bedroom plus en-suite in a quiet neighbourhood in St Peters, with its own entrance and free parking. It's a 20 minute walk to the centre of Broadstairs to enjoy the many pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as some interesting shops and a lovely cinema. For some relaxing beach time head to Viking or Stone Bay. Margate and Ramsgate are a short distance away. A perfect base to explore the Thanet coast!
