Great place to stay. Plenty of rooms, beds and amenities. Looks like the pictures. Really enjoyed the house.

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines chez Jenna , le logement correspondait parfaitement à ce qui était sur l annonce, la maison est très propre, déco agréable, bien équipé, accès par l arrière privé, petit coin extérieur sympa , jeu à disposition, place de parking, nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour, hôte sympathique et très réactif, je recommande.

I loved this beautiful historic home with plenty of natural light and a cozy atmosphere. The hosts were excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!

I hesitated to leave a review because this Airbnb is truly a hidden gem, and writing this might make it harder for us to book again in the future, but I owe it to Sara, who has been a tremendous host. Remember the real estate mantra: location, location, location? This place embodies it. We had a car but never used it, as everything is within walking distance. In fact, many of Davis’s best restaurants, offering a wide range of excellent cuisine, are within two blocks of the apartment. We were in town for a university event, which was about a 15-minute walk away. That might sound far, but the walk takes you through the Arboretum, just three blocks from the apartment. It was honestly one of the highlights of the trip. Take your time, stop to "smell the flowers," and explore the beautifully labeled trees. Communication with Sara was flawless, and the apartment had everything we needed and more. We’ll definitely be back. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate, this is it!

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family and it was perfect! Eve was so helpful with all questions I had which made it that much better. Would stay again! :)

staying @ Lyudmila place was nice and feel like home for my kids and plenty space for them to go around the house. My family love the place if we are in Sacramento again we will definitely stay again. I will recommend to anyone

Very much enjoyed our stay. Jared and Morgan were very upfront on what to expect. If/when we return to the area we would definitely look at staying at the Ophir Inn.

It’s a beautiful home and much more than we expected. The home is also in a wonderful family neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. Definitely putting it on our list of places to rent again.
