Ovaj prekrasni apartman smješten je na prizemlju Ville Matea. Sastoji se od tri sobe, dvije sobe ijmaju bračni krevet, a jedna soba ima dva kreveta za jednu osobu . Mehr Blick geht nicht. Dieses Apartment 1 im Erdgeschoß hat eine große Terrasse mit eigenem kleinem Garten. Ein toller 14m Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die anderen Apartments im Obergeschoß haben eine 90m² große Dachterrasse.
