Enjoy the sea breezes, the sussuration of the ocean waves and beautiful coastal or estuary walks. There is a park nearby, a surf club, and easily accessible bevy of shops (Four Square grocery, restaurants and bakeries, laundromat, and a spirits store) in Red Beach or venture just a little further to Orewa for more cafes and restaurants

You will have the entire place to yourself however there is a self contained flat attached to the house with a separate entry that may be occupied. We have a strict no parties policy.

The cottage sits in the gardens of the owners farmhouse yet you are in complete privacy of all, on this working beef farm. Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

The famous Orewa estuary walk/cycle track is also on your doorstep.

The unit is underneath an occupied home so whilst we are mindful of our guests, you may hear/ see us moving about the property. Be prepared to have visits and cuddles from Billy Idol the cat 🐈
