The Hobbit Hole at Mooney’s Place

The Hobbit Hole is a TINY (~100 SF) studio apartment with LOW CEILINGS and a double bed. It’s located in the heart of Manitou Springs at the foot of Pikes Peak, a short walk from Miramont Castle, the Manitou Incline, the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, numerous hiking trails, several naturally effervescent mineral springs, and many shops & restaurants. The Hobbit Hole has room for 1-2 hobbits and 1 small-medium vehicle. Large trucks and SUVs may not fit. Approved by Manitou Springs under MiCUP 1907.

Private parking for 1 regular size vehicle ( oversized vehicles will not fit) Very Steep stairs to enter Loft, if you have trouble with stairs this isn't the place for you.
