Great space with good amenities. Very comfortable beds and pillows - if we could have taken them with us then we would have ;) Paula and Wanda were super responsive and helpful.

Beautiful place. Very clean and comfortable. Nice neighbors. Felt safe. The bed was very comfortable! The only thing was I thought the river access was behind our place and it was on owners back porch. Didn’t feel comfortable sitting there because I didn’t want to disturb anyone. The owners were very accommodating but it’s something that made me uncomfortable doing that.

Kathy and her team were very friendly and communicated well. The house is beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen had more utensils and amenities than any other vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect! We had a family emergency while we were there and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you so much!

Great comfy place, walkable neighborhood with shops nearby, downtown close by and hosts were great. Truly felt at home! We will be happy to stay again when we are in the area!

This was an amazing place to stay. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The pool was on point with the perfect temperature with it not being too cold. Although my friends didn’t do any outdoor activities we still enjoyed just chilling at the house. Whatever we needed to buy was an easy get go because stores are very close by as well as gas stations. Would definitely think about coming here once more in the future and recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an Airbnb in Redding.

Ken was a great host with special touches done to the house. He made us feel extra with the battery operated candles lit throughout the living room, snacks and popcorn for a late night snack. We appreciated the communication and updated weather report prior to our arrival. Great place to stay!

Our party of 7 had a wonderful time at this property for the weekend! It had all the amenities, both indoors and outdoors, to have us feel comfortable & accommodated, that we decided on staying-in at the property, rather than go out during one day of our trip. Host does stay in the adjoining in-law unit, but aside from getting the orientation tour from him, we didn’t cross paths that weekend. I appreciated him permitting us a very late check-in, considering our late arrival flight to Sacramento. John’s attention to detail is SUPERB— a few touches that really stood out for me were the piano, comfy beds/linens/pillows, incredibly stocked kitchen, designated “mishap towels” (came in much more useful than anticipated), designated face towels for makeup removal; Kleenex boxes in each room (my pollen allergies were on overdrive), & EV charger. Thank you for the hospitality, John!

We checked in at night, and it was easy. I wish they had lights up the driveway to help with the potholes, like they had on other parts of their property. Other than those holes, it was a great stay! The kids had a blast with the pool.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Such a pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. Everything you could possibly need and nice extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Pool is beautiful and jacuzzi was inviting even though we didn’t have a chance to enjoy. Loved sitting in the back yard and relaxing. All one level with split bedrooms…two on each side of living area. Very quiet for all the family to rest. Two living areas…one for relaxing and visiting, the other with a large smart TV and family space. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe for walking. Hope we can come back again!
