Perfect for the travelling executive or couple, the carriage house is newly remodeled and offers the same little details you would want in your own home: Wi-Fi, 50” TV, SONOS Friendly, Keurig coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floors, comfortable queen size bed, 800 count bedding, washer/dryer, luggage stands, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The carriage house is perfectly situated in a charming, quiet neighborhood setting just 5 minutes from downtown Bellevue and Kirkland and 10 minutes from downtown Seattle (close to 520 bridge). This is a perfect get-away where you can relax and explore all the wonders of the beautiful Pacific Northwest — an ideal place to call home while you experience the culture and activities of Seattle. Cedar House - Studio Guest House

Welcome to The Cedar House, a studio guest house detached from our main house. You will have separate entrance, private bathroom. Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! There is a queen sleeper sofa on the main level for more sleeping. Upon request, 2 additional single air mattresses and bedding are available. Space is available for a baby pack-n-play.

We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.
