We came here for a spring break trip, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. The kitchen was expansive with lots of appliances and was easy to cook in. The bedrooms were perfect as well! The hot tub was wonderful to relax in during our stay. Super close to the ocean/boardwalk, outlets, and other nearby places like Lewes. We had such a wonderful time on the porch, in the livingroom for movie nights, and in the dining room for game nights. We got there and immediately wanted to plan another trip for the summer. The house was amazing, the location was amazing, and the host was kind and responded in a quick manner.

We enjoyed the cozy and charming touches. It was very clean and very comfortable and inviting. The extra touches like the snack basket and stocked coffee choices were nice.

Nancy is a very nice host! She was always responsive and proactive in providing useful reminders before check-in and check out. Her place is beautiful, new, clean and very cosy. My family loved it and I would book again!

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

Our immediate family with two adult children and young grandchildren has been back to Heather's house for our annual get together four years in a row. There is something for everyone to make them happy. The house is light and airy with tasteful comfortable furnishings and lots of toys for all ages. The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need. The house is less than 2 blocks from the Bay beach, beautiful sunsets, and very close to a Bird Observatory with a lake and beautiful trails for walking and running. There are nearby movie theaters for rainy days, lots of small boutique shops downtown, the Cape May zoo not far, restaurants and festivities for families at all seasons. The mattresses are great and bathrooms modern. One thing to note is that the bedrooms are downstairs and living spaces and kitchen upstairs, so there is a bit of climbing stairs and carrying supplies. The stairs are very safe and well lit. Heather is a friendly and responsive host.

We had an excellent stay in Cape May with our pup. The beach house is private and the surrounding is peaceful. We love watching the sunset every day. Lots to do and see around Cape May. Don’t forget to visit both wineries: Cape May Winery and Willow Brook Winery. Great for a nice long lunch with a glass of wine.

Lori is a fantastic host. She was responsive and friendly. Her home is beautiful and well-tended. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The house is roomy with plenty of beds for everyone. The family room was perfect for movie night. The house is within easy walking distance to several restaurants and the boardwalk. We will definitely keep this in mind for future stays.

Bonnie was very responsive before, during, and after our stay. We had three families staying in the house and there was plenty of space, especially with kids upstairs and outside in fenced yard. Beautiful home. Walked to beach. Lots of extras in the house.

Absolutely perfect apartment in the heart of historic Berlin. Had everything we needed for a stress free stay. Sonny is a great host. Can’t wait to book again!

This is our third time staying at Elaine’s place and it won’t be our last! It’s always just what we need in terms of location, space, and comfort. The place is always very clean. Elaine is highly responsive and always helpful in providing great suggestions for us, no matter what we need. Highly recommend!

Laurel was kind and welcoming. She created such a cozy space that we enjoyed very much while we visited our favorite beach town for Christmas! Thank you Laurel!

Regina's apartment is in a great location. Sunset Lake is great for sunsets. Very close to Cape May. Enjoyed the boardwalk. Enjoyed the bird observation areas. Restaurants are both walkable. Walked to George’s for a delicious breakfast with a view of the water. The apartment was perfect for the two of us! Very comfortable and clean. Appreciated having a kitchen to cook most of our breakfasts. Great communication with host and easy in and out as well. Thank you Regina and Chris

It was a beautiful place, felt very at home. They were very friendly and gave us our privacy given they live in the house next to the bnb. Their restaurant has some really good food (filet mignon mac and cheese was to die for) and good cheap drinks, and the discount for staying at their place was a plus. Would definitely recommend and would stay again or at any of their other listings.

Very nice family space. Nice area to play games or watch movies on the rainy days. Kathy was super helpful with parking and getting settled.

Julia’s place was just what we needed for our one night stay! It was easy to get too and the host was nice and responsive! Very clean!

Amie’s place was lovely and comfortable and great location to boardwalk, close to restaurants. Being ocean front a real plus to us! A pool is available to use but we didn’t use it because we love the ocean! Would highly recommend!

This condo is very clean and nicely equipped. We had no problems, locating it and certainly felt safe and had no problems. There is a diner right next to it which is within walkable distance. The beach and Boardwalk are about a 10 minute drive with traffic. A walk to these areas would be relatively long but you could potentially ride a bike. Certainly would stay here again.

Another great stay. The location can't be any better, central OC at it's best. Easy walk to the beach. We tried Barrio Taco this time, it's huge, recently remodeled. Dead Freddie's across the street is a plus. Plenty of room for our family. We'll be back! Raif went above and beyond with his hospitality - thank you.

Melissa’s place was perfect for our beach week. She let us know that we would be able to check in early since no one was checking out the same day so we were able to get in an extra day at the beach! She was also extremely quick to respond with any questions and gave us tips. The location can’t be beat, staying next to Coconuts is the place to be and getting to and from the beach was so easy especially with all of the beach chairs/accessories Melissa has for use!

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway! Heather was super nice and responsive and her place was so cute and exactly like the pictures. It was walkable from multiple restaurants/bars and the beach and had a nice view of the water from the deck. If you wanted to go to any other restaurants that weren’t walking distance, they were only a short drive/uber away. We had such a great experience and will definitely be reaching back out to Heather when we come back down to visit to stay here again!!

George was a great host, the house was beautiful

Vicki and Fred’s home was in an excellent location and had an awesome view. It was fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and beach gear which was super helpful! The beds were super comfy and we had a card and bottle of bubbly to welcome us which was a nice touch. The communication was great and we are grateful for the memories.

We have stayed here quite and few times and it is one of our favorites. Perfect location to go between Lewes and Rehoboth. The place is so cozy and comfortable and has everything we need. Rhodi is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again!
