2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Herzlich Willkommen in Tittmoning,einer idyllischen Kleinstadt an der Salzach.Der Leitgeringer See ist 5 Autominuten entfernt.Die 66qm große neue Wohnung liegt fußläufig von der historischen Altstadt und ist sehr ruhig gelegen (Sackgasse). Es handelt sich um einen Neubau (Hanghaus), der Garten ist noch nicht komplett fertiggestellt.Wenn Euch das nicht stört, dann freuen wir uns sehr auf Euch. Für Verpflegung ist durch Supermärkte, einer Metzgerei, mehrere Bäcker, sowie Restaurants gesorgt.

Dieses Apartment ist ein eigenständiger Bereich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit eigenem Bad und einer kompletten Küche. Es befindet sich im Keller als Souterrain Wohnung mit 2 großen Fenstern. Die Möblierung erfolgte 2022 komplett neu. Ein großer Smart-TV und WLAN sind vorhanden und es besteht auch die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine zu nutzen. Das Haus selbst liegt in einem idyllischen Ort im Grünen. Ziele wie die Therme Erding und München sind in 30 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Halsbach ist mit etwa 950 Einwohnern die kleinste Gemeinde im Landkreis Altötting. Der kleine Ort liegt im idyllischen Voralpenland und besticht an "föhnigen" Tagen bei guter Fernsicht mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf die bayerischen Berge. Der nahe gelegene Marien-Wallfahrtsort Altötting mit seinen Kirchen und christlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die längste Burg Europas in Burghausen und die Nähe zum Chiemsee machen die Region zum idealen Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in Bayern.

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. The final cleaning €95. Tourist tax is €2.40 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Vom Balkon aus bietet sich aufgrund der Ortsrandlage ein freier Blick ins Grüne sowie in die gepflegte mediterrane Gartenanlage. Kastl ist eine typische oberbayerische Ortschaft zwischen Altötting und Burghausen. Es verfügt über einen eigenen Bahnhof und hat Anschluss an das öffentliche Nahverkehrsnetz.

Lakeview Apartment Fernblick

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.
