Was clean and the AC was amazing. Check in was great. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked. Lots of space. Bad area of town.

Loved this great ski condo for our family. In the Northstar village in the condo that’s closest to the main gondola entry and exit. Even though the second bed is a pull out couch it’s a tempurpedic mattress and not at all uncomfortable! Kitchen was clutch as is underground parking right under the condo. Ski lockers also a huge plus.

Our second stay at this amazing condo. Location is amazing for those that don’t want to have to take the car out everyday.

We had a great stay at this Tahoe cabin! The location was super convenient — the free shuttle to Northstar ski resort stops nearby, which made getting to the slopes really easy without needing to drive or worry about parking. The house itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. After skiing, it was so nice to come back and relax by the fireplace. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone planning a ski trip to Northstar!

This was a lovely stay and definitely a hard to beat location. You can walk out and immediately get on the gondola to go skiing. Brooke is a responsive and kind host. We really appreciated the flexibility on our checkout time. The studio is cozy and has the essentials for comfort and a spacious bathroom. We would stay again.

Peaceful retreat in a well-appointed condo overlooking the Truckee River.

Great spot easy to find with lots of parking. If you are a family with a lot of ski and snowboard gear this is a great option because the parking lot is wide open and a few steps from the staircase leading to the condo. Most of the condos at Northstar have under ground parking and requires multiple trips and finding luggage carts. The condo has just enough space and kids can sled on the opposite hill above the parking lot. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the main village where the restaurants and shops are, so if you don’t like walking far it’s a bit of a trek up and down. There is a shuttle but it doesn’t run often and won’t be running late if you go to dinner or back.

The place is clean, well appointed, and a great location close to resort. Hosts go out of their way to make a first class experience with several nice amenities including stocked coffee bar, well equipped kitchen, and a nice welcome package sitting in each bedroom. The place is awesome for the price.

This rental was a delightful surprise! It was very clean, quiet, and had everything you could possibly need. The location was interesting—at first I was a little nervous, but it turned out to be lovely, especially with the beautiful park just across the street. The bed was firm, which I enjoyed, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A great stay overall!

My family had a great time staying at Lou's home, so much that we extended our stay an extra night. The condo is cozy, comfortable and spacious. The heated floors were a plus especially at night. Nice, full size kitchen for a family. The location is excellent! A short 5-7 minute walk to the village, a 1 minute car ride or the convenient shuttle makes it easy to get around. Lou was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a fabulous time.

Katrina is the most amazing host I've ever had the pleasure of working with! She is so responsive, helpful, proactive, understanding, reasonable, and thoughtful! Even when things went wrong, she was there to get everything back on track. For example, the TV blew up on the second or third day we were there and she got it replaced quickly! (And provided us with a generous discount for the inconvenience.) The apartment is just as the listing described. The king bed is comfy, the water is hot and the water pressure is good. We loved the recliners in the couch. The washer/dryer combo unit isn't my favorite but it was nice to have the option available. The location is pretty great! The neighbors are super friendly and it's close to shopping and downtown. There are a couple cats that hang out in the area and they're super cute and friendly. All in all we had a good stay and we would absolutely stay with Katrina again!

We had a great stay with our 5 and 8 year old kids and family dog. Fantastic location and great value- exactly as pictured. Cozy, not fussy, right in the heart of the Northstar village. If you need a midday break from skiing or have a napping child, this location is so close that it would be easy to come back for lunch or a rest. Other guests noted the 2 flights of stairs and one elevator as a potential draw back. Wasn't a problem for us on shoulder season. We left our skiiis in the car, you could also check them at the valet if you've got your hands full with kiddos. We used the heated pool and hot tubs at the recc center. Doggy relief was as convenient as it could be in an apartment-like building. Lots of patches of dirt close by with a nice walking trail by the recc center. One note, we had some nice spring weather and the loft got warm in the afternoons. Drawing the shades during the day and opening windows and doors for the evening made it more comfortable for sleeping.

Corrina and Chris were the best hosts. They were super responsive in answering questions, and provided detailed insider tips in navigating Northstar's terrain. Their chalet is beautifully appointed, and it's clear they care about their place and the guest experience. While I don't think any sofa bed can match a good regular bed, theirs was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever used. The couch is a newer nicer one than shown in the photos, and the bed springs were supportive. I had no trouble sleeping on the memory foam mattress, even on my side. The location is a short ski or walk to to trails and lifts. We had a great time building memories!

This is our 2nd time staying in Alison's unit and it was just as great as I remember - so convenient and easy to park, unload, and the unit fits us perfectly with space to spare. The ski locker provided is easy in and out and we always take advantage of the hot tubs and locker rooms just a step around the corner. We will be back again!

Gorgeously renovated place. Everything was pristine and beautiful, we had a great time. Patti & Michael were super responsive; when the fireplace had an issue, they had a handyman out in an hour to take a look and fix it. The home came with all the appliances and kitchenware we needed to cook, and was super close to the Northstar shuttle meaning we were able to get from the home to the lifts in about 10-15 minutes. There was also plenty of parking which made it easy to unload/load. Also, the towels. They had the fluffiest, softest towels I have ever used in my life. I've stayed at some insanely nice hotels, resorts, and been a guest at countless spas. I have never wanted to steal a towel until 2 nights ago when I desperately wanted to steal this home's towels. (I didn't, but I wanted to).

We had an incredible stay at this condo and couldn’t have asked for a better ski-in/ski-out experience! A huge thank you to the host for being so accommodating with both an early check-in and late check-out—it made our trip so much smoother and more relaxing. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more!) for cooking meals, which was a big plus after long days on the slopes. We also loved the new carpet—it added a fresh, comfortable feel to the space. One of the highlights was the fantastic window view overlooking Condo Run and Village Express Chair Lift. Waking up to snowy slopes right outside was magical, and the convenience of stepping right onto the runs was unbeatable. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable ski vacation. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Mike & Huma's place. It is just steps away from a NorthStar shuttle stop and we could get to the mountain in minutes. The place was incredibly clean and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back next season!

Maybe it is the most convenient place for Northstar skiers/snowboarders. It is only 5 mins walk away from the Northstar village. The spacious home is much much better than those room in the resort. The high ceiling makes people feel very comfortable. I should have given a 6-star rate but the system doesn’t allow :D

Wow this place was great. We had an issue with check in that I hope will be addressed for future guests. But once we arrived to the condo, we quickly forgot. The unit is very spacious and cozy. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, I felt like I was in my own kitchen! This place is so conveniently located, just a few minutes walk to the gondola. We would absolutely stay here again.

We could have asked to meet a nature human and down to earth host: She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and confident: in spite her work schedules, she was very much reachable and responded promptly . We will definitely use her place again when next in town and it is available; warmest regards to a great human.
