You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

Kuća u malo i mirnom selu, točno onakva kakva je na slikama, uredna, domaćinska, ima sve potrebno za ugodan boravak plus bazen i jacuzzi za opuštanje. Iako nas Lara nije mogla dočekati, ostavila nam je ključ te nareske u hladnjaku da se poslužimo. Uvijek odgovara na poruke te je izrazito ljubazna i susretljiva. Tko traži mir, daleko od gradske vreve i gužve a opet je na 10ak minuta od mora, topla preporuka za Larinu kuću u Bartićima

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Privatsphäre war genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Nach einen kleinen Problem war der Vermieter so schnell da. es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Sonnenaufgänge am obersten Sitzplatz waren berauschend. Es war alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt den wir nie vergessen werden. Das Haus ,die Umgebung ,einfach alles.

Alloggio un po' caro, ma devo dire molto carino ed in ottima posizione, e ampiamente bilanciato dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di Irena. Consigliato

Wir hatten zu viert (2Personen/2Hunde) ein paar schöne Tage bei Ivana. Alles war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Whirlpool war super und auch in die Stadt ans Meer war es Katzensprung. Ein paar wesentliche Dinge noch zu erwähnen: einen Billiardtisch gibt es nicht, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen war, jedoch einen Kicker Kasten (ist jedoch eher für Kinder/sehr leicht), es war für uns kein Problem. Die Straßen sind sehr eng und mit einem Bus nicht wirklich erreichbar, fahren sollte man können!:) Und es hat dort freilaufende Hunde, was uns das Gassigehen oft sehr erschwerte (großer weißer Hund 50Meter entfernt). Leider sind hinterm Haus im Moment Sanierungs/Bauarbeiten, lärmempfindliche könnten das nicht so super finden. Für uns war es ok. Danke für den Aufenthalt, bei traumhaften Wetter und vielleicht kommen wir irgendwann wieder. :)

Io e 2 miei amici abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nell’appartamento e visitato tutta l’isola. Avendo il parcheggio riservato non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a parcheggiare l’auto vicino a casa. L’appartamento è super, con tavolo fuori coperto e orto da cui poter raccogliere tutti gli ortaggi freschi e delizioso curati da Goran, il proprietario. Goran è una persona d’oro, sempre disponibile, senza di lui la nostra vacanza non sarebbe stata così unica. Grazie Goran!

Všetko už bolo napísané. Ja len doplním, že na toto miesto k týmto hostiteľom sa plánujeme vrátiť ďalší rok. Ďakujeme, bolo to skvelé :)

The experience staying in Tihana’s place was great, Tihana’s was caring and lovely, reaching out to us multiple times ensuring we are having a great time in the island, sharing local recommendations. The place is great, 2 mins walk to a private spot right on the island waterfront. The place has great location, only 5 mins drive to mainland, and around 45 mins to Krk southern part.

Wij vonden het fantastisch bij Manu en Thom. Zeer aardige, vriendelijke, behulpzame en leuke mensen. Het huis ligt iets afgelegen en dat vonden wij juist fijn. Heerlijk rustig en zo leuk dat er overal zwaluwen waren. Dat we gebruik konden maken van de fietsen was geweldig. Dank beiden!!

Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt

Appartamento arredato stupendamente, moderno con tutto l’occorrente anche per una lunga vacanza. Anche se io non ho trovato il phon. Macchina del caffè, zucchero e succo di frutta! Tutto quello che mi serviva per una notte. Peccato non esserci stata più tempo!

We spent 6 nights and 5 days at this quiet and spacious apartment with a gorgeous view of the sea. Palmina is a wonderful host and she gave us many invaluable tips and travel advice how to make the most of our stay. She was proactive about sharing travel ideas, while giving us plenty of privacy. The private parking spot on the property was very conventient, too. It was so nice to wake up every day and enjoy the specatular view right from the kitchen or from the large bedroom. This property is located perfectly in the center among the most interesting places to visit in the area: Opatija, Rijeka, Krk / Baska, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Buzek, Motovun, Groznjan. I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

We had great four nights at David's place! Everything was as described & clean, it was hot outside and AC made it super comfortable. We cooked dinner every night & had it in patio outside. Girls loved the Jacuzzi! Just one quibble, the double bed room had no windows, just a little vent window ;-) Would definitely recommend!

Wir haben unsere fünf Nächte in einer der Holzhütten verbracht und konnten dort zusammen mit unserer Hündin die Zweisamkeit, Natur und Ruhe genießen. Die Outdoor-Küche hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben, um uns über den Zeitraum zu versorgen. Miki stand uns zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung und war sehr hilfsbereit (Feuerholz holen, Rundgangempfehlungen, etc.) Ihre gastfreundliche Art zeigten Miki und seine Partnerin vor allem auch dadurch, dass sie heimischen Apfelsaft aus dem Nachbarort für uns mitgebracht haben. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt um abzuschalten und sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Dolazak u mir i tišinu, domaćini pre ljubazni, sve čisto. Ako se želite odmaknuti od gradske gužve tople preporuke za ovo mjesto :)

Un séjour enchanteur au cœur d'une nature verdoyante. On ne peut rêver mieux comme hôte à l'image de ce pays généreux, prévenant et respectueux. Un hébergement idyllique. Une découverte extraordinaire. Un immense merci à vous. Et à bientôt 😍

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati ospiti di Miki per sole 2 notti ma con grande rimpianto perché il posto valeva una sosta più lunga. Se avete voglia di un vero tuffo nella natura e nella tranquillità di un posto remoto ma senza rinunciare alle comodità degli alloggi e dei servizi (tutto molto nuovo e ben funzionale) allora è il posto che fa per voi! Ringraziamo il nostro host Miki e sua figlia per la cura dei dettagli, l’ospitalità deliziosa che ci hanno offerto, torneremo sicuramente!

Mooi huis, geweldig uitzicht, heerlijke houtkachel. Rumoerige buren: bronstige herten 😜. De natuur is hier heel dichtbij. Wat een heerlijke plek om los te komen van de beschaving. Overigens prima internet bereik (KPN). Mooie wandelingen kunnen maken vanuit het huis. Onze elektrische auto hebben we gratis kunnen opladen in Skrad! (Elen netwerk) De Ioniq 5 ging soepeltjes over de bos- en grindpaden naar het huis. Zeker een aanrader als je rust zoekt!
