Solar panels with batteries means no worries about outages. The large balcony has lots of room for eating, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets and ocean views. Your family will be close to everything from our centrally-located home. The closest beach is a six minute walk (exactly 1000 feet away!) and the downtown plaza is a ten minute walk.

Located on Steps Beach in the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, home to the beautiful sunsets. The rental comes fully stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, sun umbrellas, BBQ grill, organic herb garden, air conditioning, washer & dryer, games, Smart TV and WIFI. The house has 1,000 gallons of reserve water in cisterns in case of a water outage and Solar Panels with Tesla batteries for backup power. Starlink satellite internet for uninterrupted service.
