This little gem is located in the green area of Ada Ciganlija only 20 minutes from the city center. The houseboat is designed as an oasis of peace in nature. The house offers all amenities, ideal for families and for couples as well. Water makes things even more beautiful:) It's necessary to respect the rules of the house and take care of the environment. Le bâtiment est nouvellement construit avec de l'eau chaude constante, son propre chauffage et refroidissement. Près du boulevard King Aleksandar, mais assez loin pour qu'il n'y ait pas de bruit. Dans la rue il y a toujours une place de parking gratuite.
