Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. The flat is part of a three floor villa formed by 4 flats in total. Three flats are on Airbnb and the remaining one is occasionally occupied by my family. The Villa is surrounded by a private garden where you can relax, eat together, or sunbathe. Guests can park their car in a private parking space and their bicycles in a private storage room.
