Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home has a country setting but centrally located near two interstate highways. You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. Fully equipped townhouse available. This unit has laminate floors, fully equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms. There is tons of natural light in the living space and bedrooms. Also, a private work area with a desk and chair. Mins away from University Town Center, WVU stadium, Ruby General, and WVU downtown campus. There is construction nearby the townhomes but you can’t hear any noise. There is a construction trailer in front of unit but the entrance is now all paved

The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.

Copper House is a light, airy, tree-shaded lakefront home. Situated in a private community on a 20 acre lake, this home is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Morgantown and 10 minutes to the I-79 / US-68 interchange. A large 12'x35' deck overlooks the lake in the rear. Ideal area for relaxing or grilling. Please note: we do not allow large parties.
