Piscina esterna vicinanza spiaggia (al termine del caruggio sopramenzionato), supermercato e farmacia ed altre attività commerciali sempre nei pressi. Alloggio collocato in posizione collinare ma nello stesso tempo facilmente centrale data la disposizione delle strade limitrofe. Splendida vista mare del golfo. Adatto ad amanti della musica e di coloro che si adattano a fare un po' ginnastica lungo i nostri tipici passaggi liguri, se non si usa l'auto. 5minute beach on foot, through typical "caruggio", after having crossed the Aurelia road reached by a staircase under the house. Le Muricciole est un apartement récemment resaturé dans une maison sur les collines couvertes d’oliveraies. Un beau jardin permet de jouir de la campagne. Il n'est qu'à 5km de la ville médiévale de Lucca, où est né le compositeur Puccini. Vous pouvez faire des promener à pied ou à vélo dans le parc fluvial ou aller à la mer à 20km. Vous l'aimerez pour la lumière, l'intimité et la paix. C'est parfait pour les familles, les couples, les groups d'amis et ceux voyageant pour le travail.

Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura.
