This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchen (including washing machine), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon town centre. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway leading up to it.

Experience this private stylish new two bedroom cottage nestled in a spacious park like setting. King and Queen beds, chef's kitchen, and comfy lounges. Relax by the fire with expansive views across rolling pasture to Gibbergunyah Nature Reserve. Located a short drive from Bowral, Berrima, Moss Vale and all the restaurants, shops, wineries with bush walks and bike tracks nearby. Your neighbours will be the local mob of kangaroos or newborn calves in the paddock adjacent to Laurel Cottage.

Experience a private and relaxing stay on the wilder side of Berry. Enjoy stunning scenery, a king bed, genuine double bathtub with views, bath robes, eco toiletries, bubbly & chocolates on arrival, full kitchen, huge deck, sun lounges, wi-fi internet, visits from native animals, total privacy and relaxation. This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.
