Built in 1895 the Church has been lovingly converted in March 2018 with a luxury contemporary and artistic interior with well equipped kitchen.The large church is now divided into 2 seperate self contained BNB's.The old hall at the back of this 1 acre property is converted into my very private New York style accommodation. The pool is yours to use (not shared) with direct access to Jones Beach. No more than 2 medium sized dogs please. Please note unit is lower floor of house.

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. There is a wood fire & heaters. The shed is 80+ metres away from the 1880s farmhouse where we live & so you are far enough way to feel that you have the property to yourselves. This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!
