Our home is set on a hill on the edge of the small town of Broadway rated recently the safest town in the state of VA. Four mountain ranges are visible from our elevated property; it also borders a farm so you might observe cattle grazing. The Shenandoah Valley offers great gravel, road and MTB trails - and a vast network of hiking trails. Rosemary, a licensed aesthetician and licensed massage therapist, also offers spa services for a wonderfully restorative visit. Welcome to our peaceful space.

We are 3-8 mins to fun seasonal activities (WaterPark, trail rides, slopes, golf, go-karts, etc.); 15 mins to Shenandoah Nat'l Park's Swift Run Gap entry; 18-20 mins to JMU; 5-60+ mins to restaurants, wineries, antiquing, breweries, caves, hiking, biking, history sites, river sports, Amish markets, country drives+++!

Welcome to our private, cozy suite, Country Star. A sunny walkout basement apartment with patio and easy parking next to entrance makes coming and going a breeze. Country Star features a kitchenette, with table and chairs, one bedroom with queen bed and closet, and a full bath/shower. It provides comfortable space for two, with extra space for a pack-n-play or fold out lounge chair/bed for a third person. (See note in 'other'). Our space offers convenience and comfort, with self check-in.

We invite you to relax in our beautiful gardens or gallery lounge with a cup of coffee or tea, a good book or game from our collection, or a movie on our smart tv, and relax!

Private Whole Lower Level. Caprica is the essential stay for an unforgettable Shenandoah Valley experience! Situated with perfect views of the outside, the guest quarters space is over 2200 sq ft. and features a lounge/media center, common meeting area, bedrooms & bathrooms, entertainment center with air hockey table and ping pong, and a fully supplied gym. Escape to our guest suite in the Shenandoah Valley. Nestled on 2.5 acres, our charming home offers a private entrance and a cozy retreat. Step onto the patio to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the Blue Ridge Mountains by our smokeless SoloStove fire pit. Adjacent to Cross Keys Farm, surrounded by the Cross Keys Battlefield, history and nature await. We are conveniently located near JMU, Massanutten Resort, wineries, breweries, farms, and downtown Harrisonburg.

Basement suite with 2-bedrooms, comfortable, spacious living area and kitchen. The home is newly constructed and intentionally designed. Private entrance with outdoor patio in a peaceful neighborhood. We have books, games, and toys available for families with kids. There is a TV with access to HBONow, Disney+, and Netflix. Having lived in the area for many years, we can offer great recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, and places to explore.
