Cozy One Bedroom Flat - 15 minute walk to downtown

We hope you enjoy your stay in our newly renovated private suite. Thoughtfully designed, it offers everything needed for a perfect getaway or staycation in Guelph. Centrally located just minutes from downtown, shops, restaurants, trails, parks, and more. If you'd prefer to relax on the property, cozy up by the backyard fire pit, play outdoor games, or lounge in the sun with a good book. The suite includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and free parking to make your stay even more comfortable.

This light and airy studio apartment is located above our garage with a separate entrance. It features a queen size bed with a pull out full/double size couch. Coffee or tea with fresh muffins, eggs, yogurt are provided upon your arrival. Take advantage of the hotplate, bar fridge, and countertop oven. Visit downtown Guelph or go on hike in the surrounding areas. The hot tub and fire pit are available. Our pool is for family use only. You may hear some traffic and the clucking of our chickens

On site parking, private entrance, self check-in to this lovely spacious basement apartment. Situated nicely between Franchetto Park, the popular Ward neighborhood and prestigious St. George's Park. Just 3km to the university and walking distance (1.5 km) to the shops and restaurants of downtown Guelph. Grocery, variety store, bus stops all close. Open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with TV. Sleep well in the comfortable queen size bed. Hosts live upstairs with their friendly dog.

Tranquil Tiny House Retreat 4-Season Radiant Floor

Take it easy at this unique cabin experience in the city. The Tiny House is a private 9’ x 12’, fully insulated, 4 season cabin with a couch, kitchenette with running water, queen bed, Loftnet hammock & outdoor shower. Enjoy the natural beauty of our half acre tree-filled backyard, yet still close to downtown Guelph. This is a glamping experience that requires appreciation for tiny house living. Guests have access to a separate portable washroom, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

Cozy, quiet, one-bedroom apartment in downtown Guelph with private access, 4-piece bathroom, eat-in kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, 1-burner induction hotplate, and mini-fridge. Relaxing living room with 43", HD, Roku-enabled TV. Free, on-street overnight parking. We are a 2 minute walk from the closest restaurant. More restaurants, banks, shopping, grocery store and parks are within a 10-minute walk. As of February 1, 2024 we have had to add 13% to our nightly fee to cover sales tax.

Spend your day hiking, cycling, antique hunting, tubing, or site seeing, then order in or grab take-out and come relax by a roaring fire. Firewood is included, adding great value to your stay. You WILL hear wildlife and farm animals here.

The property has a separate ground-level entrance located at the back of our home and the apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized stove, fridge and microwave, everything you need to cook a meal, and a table and chairs for dining.

Our private cottage is steps from downtown Guelph. The cottage is complete with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a large shower. The cottage is a separate building located in our back garden.You access the cottage along the driveway and stone pathway through the back garden. There is free wireless Internet along with Rogers Ignite TV and Netflix. The living room is spacious and there is one bedroom with a king- sized bed.
