Ronda : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Voor ons (2 volwassenen) ideaal: zeer rustig gelegen in binnenplaats. Vanaf hier meteen wandelend 10 min naar oude centrum, ook rechtstreeks naar buitengebied. Kleine supermarkten op loopafstand. P soms (maart) voor de deur, anders even zoeken, altijd binnen 10 min lopen en gratis. Huisje voelt binnen beetje als sousterain, heeft wel genoeg daglicht èn patio. Alle benodigde faciliteiten aanwezig voor keuken, badkamer, zitgedeelte, eetgedeelte en slapen (goed bed), en wasmachine. Verwarming met Airco èn electrisch kacheltje was in deze koude periode voldoende. Wij hadden met 2 voldoende ruimte (slaapkamertje met stapelbed was afgesloten), met meer personen misschien iets te klein? Enig punt, afvoer van wastafel werkte niet goed. Doorgegeven aan Cris, die het zou laten repareren. Cris geeft veel toeristische tips, houdt kontakt met je, reageert snel. Wij komen graag terug, er is zoveel te zien en doen in Ronda en omgeving!

Me and my friends just spent a couple of nights at Sidney’s place and would definitely recommend! The apartment was spacious and modern with a gorgeous outside terrace and garden. The grounds and pool were immaculate. We had a very late flight and Sidney made arrangements for someone to meet us with the key and show us inside the apartment. It was about 30 minute walk to puerto banus and 15 to the supermarket. We all really enjoyed and would love to come back again! Thank you

My one-night stay at the Front Beach tourist apartment, managed by the wonderful host Sandra, was simply incredible. The location right on the beachfront was a dream come true. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished, making me feel right at home. Sandra's warm hospitality added an extra layer of charm to the experience. I'll cherish the memories of my stay and can't wait to return for a longer visit. Highly recommended!

Vanaf het eerste moment was het contact zeer positief met de host! Ze reageerde snel en duidelijk. Regina denkt met je mee en was zeer flexibel ivm onze vragen over onze kleine. Alles was zeer snel geregeld en duidelijk gecommuniceerd vanuit haar naar ons. Bij aankomst was het erg makkelijk om alles te vinden en binnen te komen in het appartement. Eenmaal in het appartement bleek al snel dat alles aanwezig was zoals besproken. Het appartement was echt geweldig! Alle ruimte, binnen en buiten! Ook het complex is fantastisch! Het grote zwembad heeft een soort strand, hierdoor was het voor onze kleine ook geweldig om echt kennis te maken met zwemmen. Het complex ligt naar een mooie 9 holes golfbaan, hierdoor is de omgeving heel mooi en erg rustig. Al met al zijn wij zo positief, dat we nu al aan het kijken zijn wanneer we weer terug gaan!! Regina, nogmaals dank voor de goede zorgen en dat we gebruik mochten maken van je fijne plekje!!

Gran apartamento. buenísima ubicación, zona muy tranquila. Trato exquisito. En definitiva, todo de 10!!

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Georgina war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim check- in und check- out konnten wir flexibel sein. Küche war gut ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer lud zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und die Lage war zentral vom Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ect. Parkplätze hatte es immer genug.

Well what can I say, we stayed in February 2025 for the month. Personal greeting at the property with keys and explanations. The apartment was clean, tidy, well equipped and spacious. Any issues dealt with very promptly by Annika and Michael. Decor was just a little tired but adequate for any length of stay. Lots of gadgets in the kitchen. Very private but bright. Would definitely consider staying again as it was very good value. We ate locally at Mini India several times. Local supermarket very close and ALDI just 5 minutes walk away. Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Man ist direkt im Urlaubsmodus. Es gibt gleich drei unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten an denen man direkt am Haus die Sonne genießen kann. Die Anlage drum rum ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Uns hat die Lage gefallen. Es ist entspannt / ruhig und nicht weit weg von allem was man sehen will. Tolle Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise durch Andalusien. Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang. Immer wieder gerne!

I had a wonderful time in Ronda! The apartment is in a perfect location—just a short and beautiful walk to the village, the iconic Ronda bridge, and lots of great restaurants and spots to explore. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which made everything smooth. Pablo is a fantastic host—attentive, helpful, and very welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Rocio’s place is a gem. We could have spent days on the terrace. The bed and space were very comfortable and we would easily stay there again. Everything in the space was well laid out and there were many thoughtful touches. If the listing is available, don’t hesitate!

A peaceful oasis of calm and comfort. That's the best way I can describe this lovely townhouse. We are a couple in our 60s and could not have stayed in a more perfect place. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. And with Marbella's gorgeous weather, walking is a joy. We walked every day and always felt safe. When we return to Marbella we definitely would stay here again. Thank you, Cecile, for sharing your awesome home. Among our tips for future guests: We rented a car for our month-long stay but ended up walking most days. Walking to the old town takes about 30 minutes. Walking to Puerto Banus is about 4 miles (6.4 kilometers), and if you're too tired to walk back you can always take a taxi or Bolt. The taxi to Puerto Banus cost us 10 euros. Easy walk downhill to grocery stores, just remember walking back to the townhouse is uphill. Great exercise! Shower takes a bit of getting used to, but the water pressure is terrific and we always had plenty of hot water for long showers.

We had the most wonderful experience in Marbella. Virginia’s place was spacious and lovely and very comfortable for two couples. The location was perfect!! We were a 2 minute walk from the lively area but away enough that we had quiet in our condo. We loved the old town, tons of restaurants and cafes, close to shopping and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Virginia was very responsive, gave us lots of great suggestions and recommendations and friendly! We will definitely be back in Marbella and would rent from Virginia again!

Thank you, Maria and Martin, for hosting our superb five week stay in the Costa del Sol! My husband and I arrived in early March and settled in to this stunning home, equipped with everything we needed, for just about five weeks. In the morning we sat on the deck with our coffee and looked out to the Mediterranean; on clear days we were able to see Gibraltar from the pool area. The location was excellent for exploring along the Spanish coast, the white towns nearby, up to Seville, as well as a short trip to norther Morocco. I had excellent communication with Maria in the months leading up to our arrival with suggestions for a rental car and descriptions of what we might see and do. Once in Spain, Martin offered on-going assistance and advice. We could not have asked for more responsive hosts who have, over this time, become friends. Staying in the Costa del Sol - in this beautiful living space - will be remembered as a highlight of our travels!

Our stay at Eleanor’s place was absolutely wonderful. The Airbnb was cozy, warm, and welcoming. It had all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Kathleen greeted us upon our arrival. She was very friendly and punctual. We stayed for a week and truly felt like we were home. The location is ideal, it’s next to a supermarket, a Chinese convenience store, and many restaurants and cafes. The urbanization itself is very calm and peaceful.

The others have said it all. You will never find a more beautiful place to stay in Marbella. The location is fantastic and the condo is unparalleled. Luisa is very responsive and provides detailed information/recommendations about the area. This condo has the same issue as all the other condos situated across from the marina - pulsating music late into the night on the weekends. We highly recommend Luisa's condo, but we think renters should be aware of this issue.

Andreas is very helpful and responsive, I could Not have thought of a better host. The airbnb is on the ground floor, overlooking a green space / ramp to parking garage. The pool is nice but not heated (typical for this area).. The rooms are small but nice and there is beach chairs, umbrellas, towels etc which make it much easier. I would like to highlight- the parking is very challenging. A 30 degree ramp which turns 45 degrees- then the assigned spot is next to a wall- with a pillar in the way making getting in and out not impossible but challenging & timely. Parking in this area is all garages with small spots. Everything in the building requires a key- the garage, to open the door to the stairs, to go to the pool, walking to the beach, the balcony etc- and there are no motion dectectors so it can be very dark when you are trying to park. This building could benefit from updating key fob (no fault to andreas but something id like to highlight). Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely stunning and very well maintained apartment, located in a tranquil Sierra Blanca location. The apartment is smartly and beautifully designed. All the amenities and equipment were functioning perfectly and were of high quality. The attention to details by the hosts is outstanding. The communication with the hosts was clear and smooth. My wife and I felt right at home in this apartment. Would certainly stay again if the opportunity arises.

Great location. Short walk to beach and promenade, 15 minute walk to Old Town, excellent restaurants, grocery shopping across the street. Very comfortable master bed, 3 large bedrooms with plenty of linens and towels. Plenty of hot water. Entertaining size living and dining room. HRISTO was a very responsive caretaker as was Petya, the cleaner. The kitchen was well equipped. There were new loungers with new cushions. The wraparound deck provided for beautiful views of the sea and mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Penthouse.
