Butternut Farm Cottage is an 1880's farmhouse. One and a half story great room with wood burning stove, kitchen, dishwasher; laundry room, two bathrooms and library with TV and Wifi. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and medium size groups (up to 6). **While not an issue for most some ambient noise from Rt. 17 is heard when outside.

Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

15 min from Livingston Manor, 2 hours from NYC, a 2-bedroom, 2-story cottage—with hot tub—on wooded acreage. Cozy up by the fireplace in winter or on the porch in summer. First floor: kitchen with dining table for 6; living area with fireplace, drop-down projector screen, record player, writer's nook; bathroom w/ shower.
