If you’re staying for work, our place offers a cosy home from home and makes any trip far more enjoyable. We are within walking distance of the FLY DSA Arena, helping you save on event parking costs. It’s about a 10-minute cab ride (about £8) to the city centre, or stroll to Meadowhall for retail therapy. The log burner is decorative only,not connected for safety

If a quieter day is preferred, potter around the boutiques, galleries & shops, or enjoy a board game, or box set on the Smart TV.

Our comfortable and inviting annex is sited over a converted 200 year old barn and situated in the quiet courtyard of Rose Cottage. This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

The Coach House Harthill

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.
