Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Established in the Spring of 2025, this gem offers a perfect location near beaches, a golf course, and nature trails, all while being tucked away in peaceful Rotonda West, next to a Park and Preserve. A spacious lanai overlooks the preserve and has outstanding sunrise views. The house is located just 14 min away from the beach (Manasota Key or Boca Grande - our favorite) We are also just 25 min away from the famous Warm Mineral Springs

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful and peaceful place! This place created for 5 to 6 persons. The couch in the living room can fit 1 adult and one child. Master bedroom has beautiful king-size bed, 2 good size closets and full bathroom. The second room has very sturdy and comfortable 2 twin beds, a good size closet and a soft carpet in between. This house has big living room with huge couch for the 5th person to sleep and 6th small person. The full kitchen had good size pauntry.
