A very mindful host, keeping a very soulful home!! From the begining Aparna has been very responsive and accommodating of our requests. The house left us speechless though!!! Its a compact, yet spacious place, beautifully decorated and maintained house!!! The amenities provided were top notch!! Worth every penny spent!! Despite being a 1bhk, it has enough facility to accommodate lot more than that!!

Highly recommend this stay for a peaceful homely getaway. The house was super clean and cozy and well maintained. All kitchen essentials were available and there was every required amenity available as we thought of it. Host was responsive and guided us well and was proactive in suggesting the best for us. Would love to stay here again, and recommend it to travellers.

I was looking for a bigger property that would fulfil my needs for my guests to stay who had come from out of station, and I wanted to organise a small get together as well in the property. This property came to my rescue at the right time. Firstly, I was able to book this property at 4 in the morning, IST since the hosts were extremely responsive. Secondly, my guests and I were taken care of with ease and no hassles. The hosts were very cooperative and proactive to help me in any way, whatsoever. I would always recommend this property to anyone, who’s visiting Kolkata and has a need to stay in a peaceful locality away from the urban frivolities and hustle. The place is located in the heart of South Kolkata, and can be easily navigated from any corners of Kolkata.

The location is very easy to find. and the road there is wide. so uber driver arrived easily there. The owner was very accommodating. we had a very comfortable stay.The quiet environment was also good. Thank you!

Sandip is an amazing host and the place is a superb getaway. Easy to find, all amenities listed. A beautiful lawn for playing short cricket or badminton and for barbequing at night The caretaker was very helpful and responsive and took care of the fooding completely - you just need to tell him in advance what to make and he'd do the rest. Food quality was excellent. One can walk 3 minutes and reach the river. Overall, it was worth it and I hope more and more folks visit this property.

Nice villa to spend time with family and loved ones. Everything was upto the mark and as advertised, caretakers were very helpful and always available. Food from the nearby restaurants were amazing. Short walk to the Ganges will surely refresh you, if the pool did not already do that to you.

Genuinely refreshing, I had such a great time at Rini’s property. It’s not often you find a place that instantly makes you feel connected to nature, especially when you're used to the rush of city life. The property is massive, the villa is cozy and thoughtfully designed, and the calm vibe just made it so easy to switch off and truly relax. I laughed a lot, felt super at peace, and left feeling lighter and clearer. It’s one of those places that just slows everything down and makes you feel more alive.

the place is really nice, pool is clean. bedrooms are big, can accomodate 3 people easily in one room.. feedback to host: the kitchen could be more clean, the freezer mainly. also they should have some basic items like soap,shampoo, toothpaste in the bathrooms. coming to food if u planning to stay for a day its better to get food packed from the city and have it like us. the local food places are not good.. the parking is a 5 mins walk from the house so keep that it mind while carrying stuff. pool access is till 8pm.. the river is 5 mins walk and has e lovely view. check out the pics.
