This is one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed in. Pictures don’t do it justice! The house and grounds had so much to offer we “stayed in” the entire weekend. Our host was wonderful and we’d love to come back in the summer to enjoy this property even more.

This place is a wonderful, quiet, beautiful place to retreat and gather with family and friends. It was quite comfortable and has the necessary rooms to accommodate a diverse group of people. We truly enjoyed the outdoor amenities : the outdoor fire pit, hot tub and kitchen. Everything worked like a charm. The owner is so delightful and super easy to communicate with. We appreciate their hospitality.

What a magical retreat Amy and Miles have created! My 12-year-old daughter and I stayed a couple of nights before she headed to summer camp, and it was the perfect spot for quality bonding time. Maddie, their sweet brown Lab, greeted us warmly upon our arrival and kept us company throughout our stay. Amy was an exceptional hostess, leaving us a lovely handwritten note and thoughtful gemstones that made us feel truly welcomed. The separate cabins are both unique and practical, equipped with everything we needed. We loved discovering delightful touches like olive oil and flaked sea salt, fresh herbs, vases of cut flowers, and ice-cold Capri Suns that my daughter enjoyed! Amy and her lovely mom, who was visiting, graciously took us on a hike around their property, which was an absolute pleasure. They were both so knowledgeable and fun! I can’t wait to spend more time in this peaceful haven and explore the area further before picking up my daughter from camp. I’m truly charmed!

Bliss Acres was exactly what we needed!! Peaceful, gorgeous grounds, secluded yet convenient, and Debbie was amazing. We look forward to many returns!

We stayed two nights and everything was great! The place was spacious and comfy with a well equipped kitchen, great shower and a really good bed. It was the perfect jumping off place for us to go hiking in the state forest. There were even beach towels that came in super handy for a cold plunge in the river! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Daisy was an amazing host. The house was in a beautiful location and she made us feel right at home. Our family had a fun, relaxing time together and didn't have to worry about a thing. We even left a few things and she made sure to get them back to our family. Would absolutely visit again.

A perfect place to stay if you want serenity and access to nature. We stayed here instead of a hotel while visiting Cal Poly Humboldt. My daughter and I were very comfortable and appreciated the quiet setting, beautiful backyard, hot tub, and nearby farms, and it was super quick drive to campus and downtown Arcata. Bonus was a gift bottle of wine for our stay! Thanks for hosting us Jayne!

This was definitely a top tier stay, the location was beyond relaxing with such a unique & authentic vibe, not to mention the beautiful nature surrounding it. the host was super nice & helpful, would definitely stay again!
