Fabulous, newly remodeled Lakeland getaway. 5 minutes down the road to Cherokee dam/lake for fun, fishing and boating . Lake house Living at its best. Plenty of space to park your boat. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Brand new Siena mattress in both bedrooms with full size washer and dryer. We provide: small shampoo and bars of soap. Also, laundry and dish soap, Keurig coffee pods. No smoking inside the house, no pets allowed. Dumpster on Property. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 6:00 am.

The house includes a 2 story fixed dock area 600 sf each, a 600sf floating platform and boat tie-up that can accommodate up to 3 boats & 2 jet skis. Perfect Retreat!

We are conveniently located near German Creek Boat dock along with several other boat ramps within a few miles of the house. Also our lake home is only twelve minutes from Clinchview Golf Club. We are less than an hour from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. Morristown is also within a fifteen minute drive with several restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater.

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.
