(8 miles) The basement apartment consists of over 1400 sq. ft of living space with it's own private entrance, plenty of storage space if needed, sports room, pool table, foosball, bar with refrigerator, microwave, sink, washer and dryer, and spacious living room. Owners lives on first floor.
