Objekat ima 100 m² i prima do 7 osoba: poseduje 2 spavaće sobe, dnevni boravak kuhinju kupatilo kao i veliku terasu. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena. Vikendica poseduje i klimu kao i veš mašinu.
