Donat is a farmer village with approx. 260 inhabitants. Away from mass tourism but with a long history of hospitality you can meet the locals and their lifestyles and get around by foot, bus or car. The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

In 2 Gehminuten ist man im Dorfkern und somit beim öffentlichem Verkehr. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage mit der direkten, schönen Aussicht auf den Hinterrhein und die Berglandschaft. Meine Unterkunft ist geeignet für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit 2 Kindern.

The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

Das schöne geräumige Studio (29m2 und 8m2 Balkon) liegt sehr zentral und ruhig in Valbella, kurz vor Lenzerheide, in der Ferienregion Arosa-Lenzerheide. Sie ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Gehweg 3 Minuten zur Haltestelle Valbella Dorf) oder mit dem Auto erreichbar (kostenloser Tiefgaragenparkplatz inklusive). Ein perfekter Ausflugsort für jede Jahreszeit: zum Wandern, Biken, Skifahren, Arbeiten oder Ferien in der Bergkulisse.

Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

3.5 Zimmer für Sport & Erholung (familienfreundl.)

Die familienfreundliche 75qm (3,5 Zimmer) Erdgeschosswohnung liegt am Dorfrand von Churwalden. Dem schmucken Bündnerdorf, das Einstiegsportal zum Skigebiet Arosa-Lenzerheide. Der Ort verfügt über eine spektakuläre Sommerrodelbahn. Das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freibad / Eisfeld, sowie alle Liftstationen sind in max. 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Rückfahrt von der Piste zum Haus ist mit Skis oder dem Bus möglich.

Die geräumige und helle 3.5-Zimmer grosse Wohnung bietet Platz für 7 Personen. Mitten im Herzen von Flüelen ist die Wohlfühloase nur ein paar Schritte vom Bahnhof und See entfernt.
