Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage mit der direkten, schönen Aussicht auf den Hinterrhein und die Berglandschaft. Meine Unterkunft ist geeignet für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit 2 Kindern.

Ideale per famiglie e coppie che cercano tranquillità e che vogliono esplorare un bellissimo paesaggio ricco di sentieri e viste mozzafiato sul fondovalle valtellinese e sulla Valmalenco. Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Hier könnt ihr euch in absoluter Ruhe in der Bergwelt entspannen und richtig abschalten. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer und eignet sich damit bestens für Familien. Wlan ist vorhanden und damit auch Homeoffice aus den Bergen möglich.
